The Challenge
Youth lacrosse organizations need a way to verify player eligibility and identity for tournaments, but current processes are manual, paper-based, and prone to fraud. Athletes play across multiple tournaments and club teams with no centralized player identity or recruiting profile.
Our Approach
We designed a mobile-first verification flow with two user paths: players register, get verified, and receive a digital player card with a unique QR code. Tournament directors manage events, rosters, and verification through an admin portal. The system tracks scores and standings across the entire tour.
What We Built
A cross-platform web app for player registration, document verification, digital ID cards with QR codes, tournament check-in scanning, parent/guardian portal, and organization admin dashboard. Registration fees and season passes are handled through Stripe.
