Before founding Cure Consulting Group, Rashad spent over a decade building production software at some of the most demanding engineering organizations in the world. From financial systems processing billions in daily volume at JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley, to Ford's connected vehicle platform reaching 2M+ vehicles across 34 countries, to Clear's biometric identity system used by millions of travelers, to the New York Times' publishing infrastructure, Kickstarter's creator platform, and Big Nerd Ranch's client delivery practice — he's seen what great engineering looks like at every scale.
He started Cure Consulting because he saw too many startups and growing businesses getting burned by agencies that over-promise and under-deliver. The mission is straightforward: bring Fortune 500 engineering standards to companies of every size, and actually ship.
